As I approached middle age I was overwhelmed by the idea that the Debt I had foolishly accumulated in my 20's & 30's was insurmountable. Doing further research, I found I could write to the Credit Bureau's & ask them to 'correct' my reports. After a few tries on my own though, I realized I wasn't making any headway, either with them or with my Goal of having a FICO Score good enough to get Pre-Approved for my dream of owning a Home!
That was until I met Travis & Legacy!!!
Travis explained that not only was he NOT going to CONSOLIDATE or Re-finance any of my Old Bad Debt, but instead with my pro active participation, we would overcome each of the negative obstacles I had before with aggressive new tactics. A couple tactics, out of many, we used were Disputes & Statutes of Limitations. These tactics alone would have saved me close to $10k+ if only I had Travis & Legacy 4 years ago!!
After just 6 months working with Travis & Legacy my Experian score jumped from a 612 to a 643, my Equifax score from a 589 to a 621 & my TransUnion Score from a 495 to a 670! That's a 175 pt JUMP and I am only half way done with Legacy’s program!!
Earlier this month I was Pre-Approved for up to $260k Conventional Mortgage by Wallick & Volk to buy a home!!! I now have a GOOD FICO Score & a shot at my Dream with the Pre-Approval I just received. I have also learned invaluable techniques & tools that I will pass on to friends & family & use for the rest of my Life!
